1. Return & Replacement Eligibility

We accept returns or provide replacements only under the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • You received an incorrect product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The return or replacement request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
  • Clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging may be requested for verification.

Once your request has been verified, an appropriate replacement or refund will be arranged.

3. Return Shipping & Replacement

For approved return, replacement, or cancellation requests resulting from damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Miji Mystique will bear the applicable return shipping costs.

Where possible, we will arrange a reverse pickup. If reverse pickup is unavailable for your location, our customer support team will guide you through the return process.

No shipping charges will be deducted for approved claims.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

  • A returned product successfully passes inspection and is approved.
  • A replacement product is unavailable.
  • An order is cancelled by Miji Mystique before dispatch.
  • Miji Mystique is unable to fulfill the order due to product unavailability or other operational reasons.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If Miji Mystique cancels an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or unforeseen operational circumstances, a full refund will be issued through the original payment method.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used skincare products.
  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence after delivery.
  • Return requests submitted after 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products purchased through unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces (unless otherwise specified).

7. Inspection & Approval

All returned products are inspected upon receipt.

Miji Mystique reserves the right to approve or reject any return, replacement, or refund request if the product does not satisfy the conditions outlined in this policy.
