🔁 Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

🚚 Return, Replacement & Cancellation Shipping

If a return, replacement, or cancellation request is approved and deemed eligible, the shipping cost will be borne by Miji Mystique.

This applies only to cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items confirmed after verification.
💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
